St Thomas provides a welcoming, safe and caring environment for all members through a variety of sermon-based small Fellowship Groups, where future leaders and facilitators are trained and nurtured. Our groups are safe places with safe people, where one can truly “belong” and discover and pursue each other’s God-given ministry of gifts and talents while creating a real Christ-centered life together.
We have home based fellowship groups in most of our residential areas, both in the village and the surrounds. Looking for a morning, afternoon or evening group? We will would like to help you find the ‘right bunch’. Please click here to take a look at all our groups or contact Pastor Colleen Stringer, and she will help you find your fellowship family
Bible Study takes place every Wednesday Morning at 10h00 – 11h00, and again in the evening from 18h00 – 19h00 in our Chapel. The theme changes every year. Trained lay people lead each session in turn. We value the different viewpoints each person brings and encourage debate.
Our prayer ministry is driven by a passion for the presence of God. We aim to keep the flame of prayer on the altar of this church, encourage a passion within the congregation so that the power of Christ’s love will be manifest in everything we are and do (based on Leviticus 6:12).
